As a practicing Real Estate Broker and Team owner, we have the highest expectations for a property management company. That being said, Blackstone absolutely exceeds our expectations. Recently, they oversaw a zoning change on one of my personal properties, they literally handled every aspect of the zoning approval start to finish, all I had to do was show up and sign the approval! It is a very professional and informative young group of people who strive to do the best job. During my consultation conversation that I already felt very impressed. Followed by another thorough pictures taken in every corner of each room and the front back of the house. And they provided recommendations to help.
When the proper time comes for rental, I will ask Blackstone Group as my property management team.

As a landlord, I've used Blackstone for property leasing and have been very happy with the quality of service that Frank and team provides. Thourough, reliable, and timely. Was able to find an extremely qualified tenant in a short amount of time. Will definitely work with them again!
